ศปก.กองทัพภาคที่ 2 รายงานภาพรวมชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา 11 ส.ค.68 กำลังทั้ง 2 ฝ่ายยังอยู่ในที่มั่นตัวเอง โดยไทยยังมุ่งปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลง GBC เน้นรักษาความสงบ พร้อมยืนยัน คำกล่าวแม่ทัพภาค 2 ปมปราสาทตาควาย จะพยายามนำกลับมาตามกลไกทวิภาคีที่เหมาะสมไม่ได้ใช้กำลังทหาร

ตามรายงานจากศูนย์ปฏิบัติการกองทัพภาคที่ 2 ได้สรุปเหตุการณ์บริเวณชายแดนไทย–กัมพูชา ดังนี้:

สถานการณ์โดยรวม ปัจจุบันกองกำลังทั้ง 2 ฝ่าย ยังคงวางกำลังตามแนวที่มั่นของตน โดยฝ่ายเรายึดมั่น ที่จะปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงการประชุม GBC ที่ผ่านมาอย่างเคร่งครัด โดยมุ่งมั่นที่จะรักษาความสงบเป็นสำคัญ อีกทั้งยังมีการดำเนินการปรับปรุงฐานที่มั่นในส่วนที่ชำรุจเสียหายให้กลับมาใช้งานได้อย่างสมบูรณ์

เมื่อวันที่ 10 ส.ค. 68 พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว และสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าฯ พระบรมราชินี ทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ เชิญถุงพระราชทานและเครื่องอุปโภคบริโภค 100 ชุด มอบแก่ประชาชน ณ หอประชุม ที่ว่าการ อ.บ้านกรวด จ.บุรีรัมย์ เพื่อบรรเทาความเดือดร้อน

กอ.รมน.จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ กรมการทหารช่าง และจิตอาสา ได้ร่วมก่อสร้างบ้านให้ อส.ทพ.ประวิทย์ งามแสน ผู้บาดเจ็บสาหัสถูกสะเก็ดระเบิดฝังในกะโหลกศีรษะจากจากเหตุปะทะชายแดนไทย–กัมพูชา ที่อำเภอกันทรลักษ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ปัจจุบันคืบหน้าร้อยละ 30

ชี้แจงคำสัมภาษณ์ แม่ทัพภาคที่ 2 กรณีปราสาทตาควาย 

โฆษกกองทัพบกชี้แจง วันนี้ (11 ส.ค.68 ) ยืนยันคำสัมภาษณ์ของ พลโทบุญสิน พาดกลาง แม่ทัพภาคที่ 2 เรื่องปราสาทตาควาย ไม่ได้หมายถึงการเคลื่อนกำลังรุกล้ำกัมพูชา แต่ชี้ว่าปราสาทอยู่ในอธิปไตยไทย ที่ผ่านมาพยายามด้วยการวางกำลังแต่ไม่สำเร็จ จึงวางกำลังห่าง 30 เมตร และจะพยายามนำกลับมาภายใต้การควบคุมไทยตามขั้นตอนที่เหมาะสมในอนาคต พร้อมหารือในกรอบ RBC ใน 2 สัปดาห์ และย้ำจุดยืนไทยไม่ถอยจากแนวการวางกำลังเดิม ยืนยันไม่ใช้กำลังทางทหารตามที่กัมพูชากล่าวอ้าง

ระหว่างวันที่ 1–10 ส.ค. 2568 ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการทุ่นระเบิดแห่งชาติ (TMAC) จำนวน 15 ชุด ร่วมกับชุดเก็บกู้วัตถุระเบิด (EOD) ตำรวจภูธร สนับสนุนกองกำลังสุรนารีและตำรวจภูธรภาค 3 ดำเนินการสำรวจ พิสูจน์ทราบ เก็บกู้ และทำลายสรรพาวุธจากการโจมตีของฝ่ายกัมพูชา โดยผลการปฏิบัติ สามารถเก็บกู้สรรพาวุธได้รวมทั้งสิ้น 432 รายการ ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ 4 จังหวัดชายแดน ดังนี้
- จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ พบ BM-21 จำนวน 28 นัด, ลูกปืนใหญ่ 31 นัด, ลูก ค. 21 นัด, วัตถุระเบิดอื่น ๆ 11 รายการ รวม 81 รายการ
- จังหวัดสุรินทร์ พบ BM-21 จำนวน 206 นัด, ลูกปืนใหญ่ 3 นัด, ลูก ค. 36 นัด, วัตถุระเบิดอื่น ๆ 19 รายการ รวม 234 รายการ
- จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ พบ BM-21 จำนวน 33 นัด, ลูกปืนใหญ่ 65 นัด รวม 92 รายการ
- จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี พบ BM-21 จำนวน 26 นัด รวม 25 รายการ

มีการอพยพประชาชนจากพื้นที่เสี่ยงเข้าสู่ศูนย์พักพิงใน 2 จังหวัด

รวมผู้อพยพทั้งสิ้น 2,232 คน

การดูแลผู้อพยพ ในขณะนี้ประชาชนที่เคยอาศัยอยู่ภายในศูนย์อพยพทั้ง 4 จังหวัด ได้เดินทางกลับภูมิลำเนาของตน อย่างไรก็ตาม กองทัพภาคที่ 2 ขอความร่วมมือประชาชน หากพบวัตถุต้องสงสัย ให้แจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ทันทีเพื่อประสานหน่วยเก็บกู้ระเบิด และหลีกเลี่ยงพื้นที่จนกว่าจะประกาศยืนยันความปลอดภัย

Incident Report on the Thai-Cambodian Border Clashes
11 August 2025

According to the report from the 2nd Army Area Operations Center, the Royal Thai Army, the situation along the Thai-Cambodian border can be summarized as follows:

Overall Situation: At present, forces on both sides remain positioned in their respective defensive locations. Our side remains firmly committed to strictly adhering to the agreements reached during the recent GBC meeting, with a primary focus on maintaining peace. Repair works are also underway to restore damaged defensive positions to full operational readiness.

On 10 August 2025, His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen graciously granted permission for the Governor of Buri Ram Province to present 100 royal relief bags and consumer goods to local residents at the Ban Kruat District Auditorium, Buri Ram Province, to help alleviate hardship.

Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC) of Amnat Charoen Province, Engineer Department of Royal Thai Army, and volunteer groups are jointly constructing a house for Volunteer Ranger Prawit Ngamsaen, who sustained severe head injuries from shrapnel during the Thai-Cambodian border clash in Kantharalak District, Si Sa Ket Province. The project is currently 30% complete.

the Army Spokesperson reaffirmed the statement by Lieutenant General Boonsin Padklang, Commander of the 2nd Army Area, that remarks regarding Ta Kwai Temple did not refer to any intention to advance troops into Cambodian territory, but rather to affirm that the temple lies within Thai sovereignty. Previous attempts to station troops there were unsuccessful, leading to the current positioning 30 meters away. Efforts will be made to restore the temple to Thai control through appropriate procedures in the future. Discussions are planned under the RBC framework within two weeks. Thailand will not withdraw from its current positions and reaffirms that it will not use military force, contrary to Cambodian allegations.

Between 1–10 August 2025, the Thailand Mine Action Center (TMAC), comprising 15 teams, in coordination with Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) units from the Provincial Police, and supported by the Suranaree Task Force and Provincial Police Region 3, conducted survey, identification, clearance, and destruction operations on munitions resulting from Cambodian attacks. The operations successfully disposed of a total of 432 items of ordnance, covering areas in four border provinces, as follows:
• Buri Ram Province – 28 BM-21 rockets, 31 artillery shells, 21 mortars, and 11 other explosives, totaling 81 items.
• Surin Province – 206 BM-21 rockets, 3 artillery shells, 36 mortars, and 19 other explosives, totaling 234 items.
• Sisaket Province – 33 BM-21 rockets and 65 artillery shells, totaling 92 items.
• Ubon Ratchathani Province – 26 BM-21 rockets, totaling 25 items.
This reflects the readiness and capability of Thai security authorities in mitigating threats and protecting border communities.

Currently, residents from evacuation centers in all four provinces have returned to their homes. However, the 2nd Army Area requests public cooperation: if any suspicious objects are found, immediately notify the authorities for EOD coordination, and avoid the area until an official safety confirmation is issued.
